Pathetic service.. Hotel didnt care to change the bed linen.. Though we havec paid for extra bed for children they care to provide it after making multiple phone calls and it reachrd ginally 10.30 at night.. The towel they provide was also not fresh. Provision for hot water is Only for 1.5 hours.. It starts at 4 in the morning and finishes at 5.30..During winter you are giving torture to the people who booked at your hotel by mistake

I was stayed in karpagam hotel last month .the hotel room was good & clean, hotel staff also nice well behavior. Especially the reception staff miss. Gomathi very helpful. I will prefere all my friends also.

Hotel Karpagam. The hotel had located on the prime location at salem... Your bus station is walkable Your railway is 5 minutes drive There service is awesome. Tasty breakfast Friendly staffs,can suggest to all the salem business travellers.

It is a decent hotel in a central location but the ambiance and amenities are just average. Also the rates seem to be higher when booked through travel websites compared to calling the hotel direct. Unnecessarily I paid for a 4 bed room when travelling single.

Stay was normal and sufficient for night stay. Hotel near to bus stand and many commercial places is a positive aspect. Customer service is regular and not timely. Every service needs a 5 - 6 calls then only it will be attended. A bit of maintainence issue in rooms. Food is nothing special to be appreciated. The complementary breakfast is just same all day. Difficult to prolong more than a week.
